Your child’s journey toward academic excellence and personal growth begins here. Our admissions process is simple, supportive, and designed to help you every step of the way.

Prospective parents are invited to reach out through our official website or by contacting our school directly.
We encourage you to ask questions, book a visit, or speak to a member of our team.
We warmly welcome parents and learners to visit our beautiful campus. Tours include a guided walk through our classrooms, creative learning spaces, computer labs, and sports facilities.
You’ll also get a sense of the friendly, engaging atmosphere that defines life at Gold Reef Private School.
After your visit or virtual meeting, you’ll receive the application form. We assist parents through each step to ensure everything is filled in correctly and completely.
To proceed with your application, kindly submit the following:
Learner’s birth certificate
Latest school report
Vaccination card
Parent/Guardian ID copies
Proof of payment for the application fee
Once received, your application will be reviewed by the relevant phase heads.
As part of our admission process, we conduct an interview and an academic placement test to assess each learner’s current level. This ensures that, once enrolled, they receive the necessary support from the start, helping us address their academic needs without delay.

If your application is successful, you’ll receive a Letter of Acceptance. A placement fee (non-refundable) will secure your child’s space.
Parents will then be asked to complete final documents including financial and medical forms.
Once all is in place, your child is officially admitted. Teachers and phase heads are notified and begin the induction process.
Your child will be welcomed by their class teacher and supported during the first few weeks to ensure a smooth transition. Catch-up sessions and peer integration are arranged as needed.
We check in regularly to ensure every new learner feels happy, confident, and part of the Gold Reef family.
